    I've got Dish America Gold (was Turbo HD) for $49.99/mo & paperless/autopay. It's pretty clear that I won't get any new HD channels with this plan (e.g. BBC America HD), so I'm contemplating the switch to America's Top250 + HD (must have Versus, Science Channel...)
