Does anyone know of a company that sells replacement dish hardware. Specifically the odd flat grey carriage bolts that press thru the dish and bolt to the tilt actuator?

Any advice would be appreciated. I just completed my install and everything appears normal except for a few transponders coming up as 0's and I'm not sure that's ok or not. The worst one is sat 103a (Signals on 103b are in the mid to high 90's). Below are my readings. Do they appear normal for...
