    I am in the same boat with cebbigh. E* had a long wait (over 1 week) for me to upgrade, and then screwed up and never scheduled an installer.....Then would not do anything for me other than reschedule e.g. no $$$ back, though I wasted my day waiting for them. :( Direct scheduled me for the day...
