Anybody know yet if all the outputs on the Hopper are active at the same time like the 722k is, i.e. can we run 2 HDTV's (HDMI & component/toslink) from the Hopper alone?

If you decide to go 5 RCA component the Monoprice cable should work fine, I am feeding my bedroom tv with a 75' 5 RCA Monoprice cable and it works great.

It may be a good idea to plug the conduit where it terminates below the floor to cut down on drafts, mice, bugs etc.

You may want to install at least 1 empty box in each room with a short piece of conduit going to the crawl space. The bigger the conduit the better. This would future proof you to some extent without having to pick a certain type of cable now, and make stringing future wires a whole lot easier.

The problem is Harmony will assume you are on remote address 1, which is why it works on tv1, you will have to add another receiver as a device to your list for tv2, as far as Harmony is concerned the 2 tuners need to be treated as separate receivers. Someplace in the Harmony trouble...

Can't say for sure as I am on Dish, but since it is as flat as a table top here unless there are trees in the the way you should have no problem.
