I have a 5 LNB dish which had to be re aligiened the other day. I just noticed that the installer removed two of my LNB's?!?!?!?!? I seem to be receiving all my channels. Is this normal?

Over the last couple of weeks I have noticed that when I change channels, the Time of Day remains on the screen intermittently. On the screen it looks like a DOS computer screen just around the time. The only way to get rid of it is to reset the receiver. It's happened on two of my HD receivers...
