    They seam to have customers on a teared level status. I've had their service for 3 years and have the premium plan. I called and got a brand new HR 21 for free. They said I was a premium customer so they could do that.

    Download a program called Ccleaner and run it. That will clear out a lot of junk the has accumulated on your PC. Then try logging in again.

    VOD Activation Information for HR21 CE Users

    Well my first post. So I did the phone thing. ( called DTV and ask to activate). It took about a week but now I have VOD. I now have software version Ox168 on both of my R21-700 boxes. The upgrade came in at 2:54AM Pacific time on 2/12. The menu has changed also. The VOD works great.
