    I re read and now see that i should see 0x1FE But I have tried serval times and it just goes to checking sats screen and then downloads sat info. I enter 02468 as soon as i see the first LED on recivier I am a newbie at this!

    How do I know if my Reciver has latest CE shows last update as 12/21 that is the date my dtv was installed.
