I get around 15 channels but still have the audio breakup. Will cooling the OTA tuner fix that?

For about a week sometimes when I press skip back it only goes back about a second. Pressing the skip back again same thing happens. Pressing it a third time it jumps back to the beginning of the program.

My dual quit working, I swapped back to my single OTA tuner. I just wish they would fix the dropped audio on the recordings. If I watch it live the audio is fine.

I've got the same problem. My Tivo works OK with my OTA signal. One thing I noticed my dual OTA module gets very hot, especially on the coax connector. FYI, I tried to search for OTA posts but I couldn't get the search to work. I had to scroll through the posts until I found this one.

When I got my H3 my tech didn't think transferring the timers from my 40 remote would work. He tried it and it appeared it did not work. Later I rebooted my H3 and the timers showed up.

When I upgraded from a Hopper 1 to a Hopper 3 I backed up my Hopper 1 to the remote and then had the tech pair the old remote to the Hopper 3 and do a restore. At first it looked like it did not work until I reset the Hopper 3 and all my timers showed up.

Yes, after I got the update this afternoon all my menus and guide were huge. Even the "receiver off" screen was huge. I finally found that "magnification" was turned on under the Accessibility menu.

This happened to me tonight. I clicked resume on a PTAT show that I had started watching earlier. It took me to live TV on a PTAT channel. When I went back to the program I tried to resume my only option was start over. This has happened to me one other time.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it let me set a recording. It is recording it. Thanks

When I try to set a recording from the Dish Anywhere app I get the following error Recording Error Your recording for "show title" has not been set. Please try again later. It has worked in the past. I just recently upgraded to iOS10, I wonder if that has anything to do with it?

Just happened to me. I was switching between NBC and the RIO4K channel, After about 4 times the screen went black. I tried switching to other channels and they were black with no audio also. I was able to recover by turning off the H3 and back on.
