    H24 reboots itself

    I recently had an HR24 and H24 installed. The H24 randomly (once every few weeks) reboots itself while in use. Also, once it locked up and I had to reset it. Any ideas on what is needed to fix this?

    low audio volume

    Has anyone found any answers to the annoying low sound volume being broadcast by DirecTV these days? You have to crank it up to almost the max to hear what is being said on the TV.
