I had this problem this week and the tech cam out checked the dish and the problem seems to be gone. However if you reboot the box and swm box and wait about 30 minutes it should come back or atleast it fixed my issue and I had the sam e error codes.
I have Comcast Voice with internet and directv, but for some strange reason caller ID does not work with my HR22-100, but yet the phone works fine.
Could someone shed alittle light on thise for me?
Why can't Comcast practice what they preach?
They claim they have more HD, but they don't yet people including myself continue to go back to comcast because Fios is no offered in my area.
From what I see and I have Comcast as well in southern nh and without a cable box(HDDVR) I only get 8 or 9 channels of HD content plus all analog and music channels. NO NESN, ESPN or other HD chanels only local channels in HD.
