    OK, Up front, I did a stupid thing......I bought a used HR21-700 off Craigslist. :rolleyes: Now DTV tells me that the receiver was leased and not owned plus the former subscriber has an outstanding balance so they will not sell me a fresh Access Card or activate this receiver........ever. :(...
