AETN in HD. This is the Arkansas PBS station. It's in HD on DirecTV but not DISH.

ESPN is STILL blacked out for me. Shouldn't I be getting at least one of the two national ESPN feeds? DISH online customer service says they can't tell when it will come back on. :mad:

I've got the same problem with my 211 that I've had for a while. For the last two weeks the HDMI has been coming and going. It finally crapped out yesterday. The TV HDMI input is fine so I knew it had to be the 211. Got component cables hooked up. Not sure if I even want to hassle with DISH to...

I just got off of Dish Chat and had the Platinum $10 charge removed as well.

I had the same problem with my 622... DISH said it was a software update issue.... I hooked up the component output for a few weeks, then checked the HDMI output after I was certain a software update had been done, and the HDMI has worked fine since.

I could have sworn KLRT was showing available... did a hard reboot... didn't come up and checked the Uplink again... now showing unavailable. Hmmm. :(

Correct Laddyboy. Now the downside... Got home tonight and DISH had shut off the DP510. Guess because they sent the replacement Vip211k NOT!!! 30 minutes with online tech support and they figured out that they should turn the 510 back on. One step forward. One step back.

Just wanted to give a pat on the back to Southern Star as well for a good Little Rock HD locals install. We live in Hot Springs. The installer showed up promptly at 8am on the dot. DISH customer service had told me that it was a mandatory Eastern Arc install and so they were supposed to also...

Well I won't be out the $75 install plus $7 a month lease fee. BTW... I've been with Dish since 1996 and have never had a receiver go bad.

Yes, I had a nice surprise waiting for me when I got home this afternoon... all of my locals were shut off!!! Got back online with tech support... after another half hour of wrangling... they got turned back on. Apparently anytime a work order is put in motion to do a change based on HD...

Seeing this thread reminded me to contact DISH to get set up for the Little Rock locals. After 45 minutes of online chat with DISH customer service I am now scheduled to be upgraded to the Eastern Arc Dish on February 18, 2009, (supposedly the earliest available install date.... right...lol)...

I had read through those threads already and found no clear answer. Which is why I asked the question in this one. As others have pointed out on the SatGuys Forum in several other threads (and I've been noticing it more and more lately...) it would be nice if those who know simple answers such...

I have three (3) 211s... can I hook up 3 separate drives for one (1) activation fee or can I only use one drive shuffled back and forth between them?

Thanks, the earlier post about a DP "Dual" LNFB had me confused. However, I am pretty certain that in the thread on installing for the Eastern Arc, that any feed from the 1000.4 must go through a 44 model switch and will not work with a 34... that's why I was wondering if I was using a wing...

I want the Little Rock HD locals... I have the same question... to pull in the 77 sat you need the dual DPP LNFB? Also can I run it through my current switch set-up which is a DishPro 34. I had read that the 1000.4 EA will only work when fed through a DishPro 44. What gives?

My 622 lost audio last night over the HDMI input. I connected up Component cables and audio and everything worked fine. Guess it's just the audio HDMI output that's screwed by the L613 version.:confused:
