    You can use the SXM app if you have CarPlay and a subscription and I suppose I could use my phone as a hotspot and that would work with the Tour 360L.

    I have the SXM Tour 360L that does all the channels. Higher end channels require an internet connection and streaming. With internet, it also offers voice commands. Unfortunately, I use mine in my airplane or camping and do not wish to use my hot spot so I do not use any of those features.

    Our county library offered Acorn free but you had to renew your account every two weeks which was a pain. We now subscribe to Britbox. If you having a streaming device, you can find some of the shows on Acorn available on other apps for free.

    If you are looking for a streaming device that works with Dish Anywhere, get the Nvidia TV Shield. You will not regret it. These are the fastest and best streaming device of them all but will cost about $200. There are hundreds of streaming apps that will work with it including KODI.

    I have been a big fan of the Casio Protek watches for everything I do. It has a solar charge feature and I never have to replace batteries, it is very rugid, it is waterproof down to SCUBA depths, and it sychonizes time every night. That's all I need and it is under $300.

    If you have an aftermarket radio, it will have a jack on the back where the antenna is plugged in. My pioneer radio just uses the standard XM antenna. If so, just plug in another antenna and lay it on the dash and see if it works better.

    I am a big fan of the Logitech Internet Radios and use apps similar to this. These have awsome sound and they used to advertise 17,000 channels. Too bad that Logitech is letting these die a slow death.

    I had this issue with my XM Boom Box. Problem was a bad satellite antenna. Replaced that and problem went away.

    Suggest that you consider getting a couple of the Dishnet MOCA adapters instead of the Ethernet cables. These seem to work very well.
