    masn wins round 3 against time warner

    time warner will most likely appeal to the courts. no word on if they have to add masn in the mean time. most likely they will be forced to the fcc but will seek an injunction delaying the fcc order until the courts rule. the injunction is a toss up in my opinion...

    fyi...fsn carolinas

    fsn south has created fsn carolinas. I was watching the hurricanes game tonight and they kept referring to the network as fsn carolinas. Pretty much a rebranding in name only though as we get the main fsn south feed with bobcats and hurricanes content. has fsn been doing this elsewhere?
