    No signal on TPs 19, 21 & 24 @ 61.5W

    Anyone have a clue as to why I can't receive transponders 19, 21 & 24 from 61.5 in the Caribbean. I thought it was an issue of not receiving one of the two birds (Rainbow 1) however I am getting tps 22 & 32 which from the EKB website are listed as Rainbow 1 tps. I also receive all Echo 3 tps...
