    Failed Upgrade The new access card did not fix my problem so I exchanged my 360 at BB because it was just under the 30day return. The new box got the upgrade this morning it is working okay.

    Upgrade to 1.2.12 I also got the 1.2.12 upgrade (was 1.2.03) this morning (10/5) at 3am. And guess what, the STB will not decode any programming. I get a message that says "For ordering info call customer service x745." So I called, rebooted the box w/o the card, reinstalled the card...
