    Is there a way to change the name displayed for a Hopper? For example change Den to Living Room. I found how to change the remote name but not the Hopper name.

    Recording Freezes - Requires Reboot

    Anyone else having a problem playing back a recording on a 622, in this case channel 5 CBS SF bay area, where the playback freezes and you have to reboot the box? It has happened twice this week. Thanks

    Am considering either a Harmony 880 or 720 to use with my 622, Sony TV, receiver and DVD player. Can the Harmony remote be setup to do the PIP and Swap functions that are on the 622? Thanks.

    522 Sound Problems

    Has anyone had problems with the quality of the sound on their 522? Over the last couple of weeks the the sound is garbled. Not always, but most of the time. Sometimes changing channels helps, sometimes not. I have tried "the pull the cord re-boot procedure" but it didn't help. It's not...
