    New Dish Installed and Cell Phone does not work

    Ok, I am posting for someone else. Someone I know just had a new Dish installed from DishNetwork and after that was installed, while the TV is on the Sprint Cell phone they have does not work. After the TV is turned off the cell phone works fine. Could they be on the same frequency?
