    He should have replaced your LNB with a low noise one since he was out there anyway. Too many techs trying to just get out of there as fast as they can. Gives us more thorough techs a bad rap.

    Tried to but had big problems and had to break out the old silver ones. Are you supposed to use the wizard before or after you change remote addresses or program TV1?

    Ask if the management will allow an MDU install. Much cleaner visually than the "dish farm" look.
