Cable used for burial in our area has a designated orange color, it is to be used when using a pole mount.

DP 311 just needs 1 cable coming from whichever LNB. 322 needs 2 cables coming from a DP Lnb, or just 1 cable with a separator with a DPP Lnb.

Not sure what you asking but THe Lnb is either Dish Pro or DishPro Plus, can't be both. DPPlus needs no switch. Look for the Plus logo.
