I have noticed the same thing. SD channels don't seem to be affected just HD.

Direc has not talked to the apartment about having a common dish. They told me to do that. I told them no thanks. If they want a common dish that is between them and the apartment, but my dish is not going to be the common dish because it is own my property not a common area. I can't believe...

The CSR from D* told me that when I called about the situation. It may not be but that is what I was told.

I specifically told the neighbor no to sharing the dish on multiple times. For my own reasons as well as D* saying it isn't legal to do it.

The install of my dish was done clean and very well. That isn't the issue I'm having. If D* doesn't call me I will call once I get out of work. I will let everyone know how that call goes.
