    Dish CSRs can't keep up-to-date with them-selves and seem barely capable of using their computers at all, do you seriously think they can hack into SatelliteGuys.us and figure out your online identity and then map that back into their system?

    Turbo HD only packages for existing?

    I was under the impression that Dish was finally going to allow existing customers to switch to the HD only packages starting on Feb 1, but the "clearly offshore" CSR rep I spoke to said her computer couldn't do that. Have any existing customers succeeded in getting the hd only packages yet?

    Anyone have any inside info on which Turbo packages this channel will be a part of? I've been putting off upgrading to a HD package because of this channel. I tried asking a dish CSR via chat, and was told "we understand your concern, but it is not offered in any package at this time"...
