    VIP 612 Acquiring Signal then black screen

    I've got the 612 hooked up via HDMI and when I reset the box, I get the "Acquiring Signal" screen and get 1-5 out of 5. Everything seems successful then I get a black screen. No sound, video, or any indication that it's working. I called support, what a joke, they're sending a tech tomorrow...
