I agree with tw having good service. But be aware when you come off a promo. I got my bill today and it went up almost $40.00 . the satellite services aren't much cheaper. No competition in area.

bandwidth Talked with service rep. in rochester.ny area she said they cancelled the idea for charging for bandwidth by usage. don't know if this is permanent or not.
