    501 Recording problems

    I have a 501 that is not playing back recording well. The sound will go out for a few seconds at a time and now the video will stop for a few seconds and pick back up but I will miss what happened when it was frozen. It now does it on all our recordings. Any ideas? Thanks,Bill
