I'm getting the same thing. I have an H23-600. Starting seeing it mainly on HBO a couple of months ago. Now it's spread to other stations, including CNN, NFL Network.

I have a D10 and D11 receiver. I am having teh not able to auto-tune from thses channels problem, AND No Caller ID display on these channels problem. I wish there was a way to turn this onm and off, as I like the feature, but only if I'm there watching it.

I am having the same problem, in addition to the won't auto-tune off these channels problems. Receiver types D10 and D11.
