I have Dish Pro 500 (2) 811 STB and OTA. How can I use the Voom dish at 61.5 and its LBN with E* now that Voom is gone to pick up E* 61.5?

Hi I have (2) 811 with Dish 500 from SBC/DISH TV1 shows no PG for the Latino package. But TV2 shows them in RED> and some other movie ones in Green> I have the American 180 pac with Locals,HDPac, HBO and Stars. Do I need to call on this?

Can you tell me if the STB sends out voltage to the winegard OTA or do I need to buy a Amp, and if the STB does what would I need to do If I want to add one or replace the winegard with a DB9 uhf antenna that is non amped.

I am getting small hoz white lines on the screen top to bottom within areas of red or blue only on the History channel. help
