    Hi, I'm new to this site, and have to say upfront my knowledge of satellite television is very poor. I hope to have satellite tv in the near future, but I had a question pertaining to the obsolete Dish PVR 721. Just saw one of these units at a garage sale, I realize the smart card is useless...
