TV1 looks great. Sometimes (alot) TV2 will have a lot of snow in the picture.
If I switch TV2 to the TV1 signal the picture is fine.
TV2 in another room has it's own decoder. I have no diagnostic hypothesis as to what could be the problem. Need help to diagnose...
