Many of the FTA sites list that Velocity (9421) is in the clear and they receive it with their equipment. But on my VIP211K receiver with Welcome Pack, it still shows as scrambled. Can someone please tell me how to receive this channel without additional subscription.

It does happen to my 211K quite few times a week. Mostly I tun the receiver off on HGTV 112, but channel 101 is the one I get on the next day.
