    Mexico signal issues

    Not sure if this helps but I am in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur and am renting a condo which has Dish network. I checked the system and it says satellite 119, all the channels seem to be working including HBO, I don't even know the DN package the owner has here, don't see any local news...
