Lines are pretty open at D***, the wait time was 9 minutes when I called 1/2 hour or so ago.

My software version is 03DE its an HR21-300 receiver.

Sorry that should have been "the software" Bad news is it didn't help one bit, so I'm rebooting again, but at least I'm failing with current software, so I'd label that progress!

How do you force a software update? Would you be willing to give me some steps to follow?

Hi, first time posting! I'm looking for suggestions. I am caught in the software upgrade and I have rebooted the machine oh about a dozen times now. My neighbor had the same problem but 2 hard reboots fixed hers (drat). My remote however still won't work. I've reset the remote as well...
