Thanks for the replies, Comcast got my neighbors working. So far, 4 "service requests" to DirecTv with promises that the local office will call me. No calls so far. How would you guys escalate this as it seems clear that the local guys are blowing me off?

Anyone have any experience with a situation like this? What do you think would be reasonable for DirecTv to offer for the multiple times I have to be home for their installation guys?
