Info Screen keeps popping up on Dish 311

Any other solution? You dont have an idea how to fix this error without returning the receiver? Title and channel info continues to pop up.

Info Screen keeps popping up on Dish 311

Anyone know how to fix this issue? 311 activated a couple weeks ago. Every 15 seconds Info screen pops up...tied reboots....reset to default.....recheck switch...nothing works....help please.
