    How to Mimic the MDU lite power from all units..

    I am trying to mimic the way the directv mdu lite has a pi29 in each unit, and then runs into the special "power pass splitters" What do you know about these "splitters"? They are holland brand, we called them, and the refused to sell them to us. :( Tony

    You could cross your fingers and hope that it is a power passing splitter, or possibly even a diplexer. Then you might be able to run the hopper right through it!

    This should not be an issue. As long as the line to the hopper is straight through, and the joey line is the one with the splitter. You could just use a toner to see which line is straight.

    I didn't see anyone mention this yet.. But you can use the pass through on the Joey with a single node also.

    As far as I have heard there is only going to be a different plastic bracket for the 1000.4 WA. It will be the same 1000.2 LNB.
