All I can see different is that the Hopper is a bit more stable on connectivity (directly through Ethernet) but still have to hit the record button to refresh (only once during 4 short BBAH...

    Its only when connected via hdmi from what i noticed I've been to acouple of service calls for this reason so i than connected the at via component cables problem solved

    hay new hear i had a customer about 2 weeks ago they went through 3 612s because it was freezing (i know not same issue but maybe related) after troubleshooting the HDMI inputs was puting out voltage but only the HDMI inputs so check that out
