    Not surprising you were told that, when you order dtv @ sams club, costco, bestbuy you are being sold your system by a 3rd party (smart circle) assume everything they told you was a lie. I would call dtv before everything is installed to confirm prices, programming, receiver capabilities, etc.

    No, it means dtv corporate and dish network both have a policy in effect that does not allow their employees to get off of their ladder, meaning the dish has to be accessible from a ladder.     Reminds me of working for smart circle, i would show up to installs where the customer would ask for the new lnb that picked up 5 satellites, that way they had 2 backup satellites in case the rain knocked out the other ones.
