    What happened to Dish on Demand??

    I have always rented the movies on demand as opposed to PPV, because with on demand I can watch it whenever as opposed to being locked into the PPV times. Anyway, I got on yesterday to rent a movie and my On Demand channels have disappeared. They usually show up on Channel 1 or 501. But now...
