If you have a no line of sight you could add a 1000.4 Eastern dish to you system. You may still lose out on hd locals. But eastern dish comes in at a much higher elevation.
It depends on your location. I'm in Indiana 119 is about 32. 110 is about 36. And 129 is 26. That's 10 degree elevation difference between 110 and 129.
