    r-15 vs r16

    I received 2 DVRs recently. One is an R-15 and the other is an R-16. The R-16 is much slower using the menu system than the R-15. While the R-15 feels immediate when going through the menus, the R-16 can take up to 3 or 4 sec for each "click". Is this normal?

    My old Sony is not remote enabled. I used to be able to control volume that came from the cable box. Any option for that with the D10-300?
