I am getting the same thing here in the Portland, OR market. Both sides are cut off on my locals. WTF is Dish's problem? Their website says that if you have locals on dish you are all set for the big digital cut-over next year. What crap. I can't believe there isn't more being discussed here...

The last 2 days I have been having audio/video sync issues while watching LIVE tv. Not always on the same channel. A full hard reboot did not help. Sometimes a skip back does fix it. A skip forward or a view tv command to get back to live tv will put it right out of sync again. This is a 1 week...
