    I installed it myself and signed an agreement. I know we can no longer do self installs but the Dish installer has the agreement for you to sign. I am just saying the only way you can trust a Dish CSR is if you get a email or letter.

    I switched one of my 622's to a 722k with no problems. I am still able to move my EHD from the 722k to the 622 and back. A rehit should resolve your issue

    Replaced 622 with 722k. OTA locals have a stronger signal and I have no dropouts like I did with the 622. So far no issues after 3 days. Scheduled 4 hd recordings at once several times without any problems.

    Had the same problem on my new 722. Go into the broadband menu and click on reset connection. This did it for me.

    Thats because your 1TB drive is most likely 2 500gb drives stacked and Dish does not support this.

    How many times have you had your ViP 622/722 replaced?

    Ordred mine the first day the 622 was available and it is still working fine. My second 622 only lasted a month before I had to replace it.
