    Can't watch recorded programs

    ]After recording programs and then go back to watch them, I may get to watch 2 minutes or 5 minutes, etc. and then it switches back to live TV. After calling Directv, they don't know what is causing this after trying to reset the DVR, etc. Could I possibly need a new DVR? Thanks for any...
