    Also check on the menu on each reciever and make sure whole home is authorized, sometimes the account is authorized but the receiver may still be "not autorized". menu > settings > settings > whole home > status

    What kind of remote? Rc71 pr rc6x. With rc6x . You can do a code search. 9.1.3 then power button. Then press channel up until the sound bar powers down. I've had luck progamming this way on sound bars without the codes. Good luck

    Check all the connectors on splitters, lnb.. Etc., make sure its tight. Had one that kept losing signal, turns out the connectors arent tightened. Hope this helps.

    Usually the 29v is grey and 21v is black. If you have swm8 then its a direct swap, just need to move the line going to genie to swm2.

    Check the elevation settings (not sure where you are so I can't tell you the numbers) and also make sure the mount is leveled. Do you have two DtV box or just one?

    Another thing, make sure they set you up with HD recievers, from the looks of it from OP's first post, installer is installing a 3LNB dish which is used for standard recievers/non hd programming. G'luck

    If its the other way it would be 4 cables from dish and you mean DVR Setup? But since only 7 tuners, like raoul5788 said, it would be a SWM lnb. Installer wont install anything else unless needed.

    When u reset the client box you should see the blue screen with "Hello welcome to directv" if mot, check that your TV input is set correctly and tuned in to wherever the receiver is connected to.

    Ok, you have to bypass the coax. Remove the coax cable comming from the dish from the cck and commect directly to receiver and leave ethernet connected from cck to receiver and do the repeat network setup again.
