pics of the dish farm...post yours too :)

I was out of town this past weekend and when traveling through Georgia, I saw this dish. It even has the old FCC registration number to prevent interference from other 4ghz users. If you only have room for one dish, I guess you would go for this wide arc one. Respectfully, Esquire

    new scan of G19...channel dark

Greetings everyone, Can anyone confirm if they can see AZTV (Azerbaijian TV) on G19? When I installed a new dish, I updated my channel list with a new scan. AZTV is listed but I get nothing but black, no program. AZTV has been on 11966H. FTAList doesn't list AZTV in their Jan2016 G19 update...

Greetings Everyone, I know it has been awhile since I have posted. I just scored these two antennas with gravity roof mounts. They were abandoned by a local agency and were slated to go to the dumpster. So, I volunteered to take care of that task. ;) Time to go download the manual and look...

Just received my new Amiko mini HD SE today

You can consider me impressed. I went through the list of FTA video channels on G19 and the Amiko found them all. Further, I have a Toshiba Canvio Slim Portable External 500GB Hard Drive and connected to the USB Port. I recorded 15 minutes of a music program on AZTV (Azerbaijan TV) and it...

Greetings everyone, I came across this when I was looking for gain and beamwidth specs on my Primestar 84E dish: http://www.global-cm.net/antennatests052406.html It was from 2006 but what do you guys think? Apparently, my Primestar 84E did pretty well in these measurements. It has served me...

Whats your number one fta station?

Well..my Sat Table says that is 20.3° EL 110.3° True AZ 113.2° Mag AZ. At that low angle, that puts it in the tree tops of my neighbor to the east. What that heck....I will give it a look because according to Hispasat's footprint map, the southeastern USA has the strongest signal at 48 dbw...

Whats your number one fta station?

All of the Arabic language stations on Galaxy 19. It helps keep up my language skill. Now that I will have a second dish, I will have to decide on what to point it it at for programming. I will give some of the favorites listed by others a try.

Yes...I didn't notice it before but at the top, on the back in the mold plastic, it states: Channel Master Part No. 3040711 Mold No. 1.8m-1 Made in the USA There is still a white sticker next to this "in the mold" label with the numbers "9384" (inspection sticker/mfg date maybe?)...

Actually, it had a peeling and deteriorated Channel Master logo on the top so it is a ChanneI Master product. I was told that Prodelin made it for Channel Master and Andrews. When I downloaded the Prodelin Manual for it, everything matched but I could have been misinformed on the manufacturer...

Greetings everyone, I have had a PrimeStar dish with a Fortec LNBF on Galaxy 19 since 2005. My Fortec Lifetime Ultra just bit the dust so I am going to get the Amiko Mini HD SE this week and re-point the Primestar to another Sat. In the meantime, I acquired a Prodelin 1.8M Series 1183 dish (my...
