I recently ordered a 4K Joey and had a tech come into install it (I currently have 2 Hoppers w/ Sling + 4 Joeys). All was going well until the Joey began to install the software. We waited for at least 20 minutes for it to download the software. (The tech didn't know the 4K Joey wouldn't work...
