PQ is the real reason to switch, or at least was for me. The DVR is so-so, and perhaps I'm counting on too much for the 2nd roll-out of the software around April, but hopefully Verizon will address all the issues of the DVR... but the PQ... very nice.

You might want to go unplug and "reboot" the black box that feeds your tv's. That's what a tech had me do to solve another problem and MAYBE it would work.

Well, I guess I'm with GarlandTexasUser on this one. I've had FIOS from the start and was quite forgiving with the various bugs, but come on already- there are a lot of issues with the DVR and service that have yet to be worked out, and on and on. And dealing with Verizon if you stop their phone...
