On 61 I get 55-60 and on 72 I get 60-66 but I get horrible rain fade. I thought my numbers were good but I have never had this bad of rain fade with my previous service.

When I loose picture I get a dialog box to check for obstructions, or check cables or for rain. I do know when this happens I cannot change the channel or anything until the picture comes back.

When the installer installed the dish he replaced the ground block and install a new cable line from the dish to the ground block. Other than that he used the existing cables just changed out the connectors. Both times I lost signal it has been between 6 and 7 in the afternoon.
