    Watching on demand tv shows forced commercials

    It is so annoying that Directv forces you to watch 1 of 5 commercials when viewing on demand shows on your phone. You can’t fast forward and have to sit through the pain.

    New install no genie 2

    I have a 5 tv install and the tech advised they aren’t allowed to install genie 2 which provides 7 paths to new customers. I would have to upgrade in 6 to 12 months??? He said no way for him to put it on the order. Anyone know of a way for new customer to get a genie 2?
