    C61K-700: No servers were detected error message

    This is a known issue with C61K STBs currently. The only way to resolve it is to disconnect your DirecTV server from your internet. First, go to your internet modem and see if there is a small box connected to it that has DirecTV on it. If so, disconnect it. Make sure there are no Ethernet...
